Olde Point Membership Structure

NO INITIATION FEES from now to October 1, 2011--- (a $500 value)

Full Golf* (Single)--- The Full Golf Memberships are entitled full use of the clubhouse, pool, tennis courts and golf course (applicable cart fees apply).  Members may bring up to two (2) guests per month at no charge to the pool and tennis courts.  Guests of Members may play golf at applicable guest fee.  May walk at no additional charge at applicable times.  ($129.00 per month)

Full Golf* (Family)---Includes member, spouse of the member and any unmarried children Up to the age of 21 that still reside with the member and still a Dependent of the member(s). ($169.00 per month)

Senior Golf Membership** ---Must be 80 years of age.    May play golf daily after 12 p.m. only, Includes use of the tennis courts and pool.  May walk at no additional charge at applicable times.  Limited to two (2) guests per month for the use of the pool and tennis courts.  ($65.00 per month)

*(Golf memberships must pay additional golf cart fees)
**(Seniors must be 80 years of age and they may not start a round before 12 pm daily)

Sports/Social Membership---(Family or Single)---Includes use of the Tennis courts, Pool and Clubhouse.  May play golf at the applicable guest rate.($50.00 per month Single) ($80.00 per month Family)

Tennis Memberships---(Family or Single)---Use of Tennis Courts  ($35.00 per month Single) ($50.00 per month Family)
